Our tenant-representation practice focuses on representing commercial tenants in lease negotiation and documentation (including the leasing of industrial, R&D, warehouse, office and retail properties) as well as in dispute-resolution (including the representation of commercial tenants in eviction proceedings, unlawful detainers and collection actions initiated by landlords).
