          Our landlord-representation practice focuses on representing commercial landlords in lease negotiation and documentation (including the leasing of industrial, R&D, warehouse, office and retail properties) as well as in dispute-resolution (including the representation of commercial landlords in eviction proceedings, unlawful detainers and collection actions against tenants).
