Mr. Yasin is a founding partner of the firm, and head of the firm's business law practice.  His practice includes all aspects of business law, including general "outside" counseling for privately-held companies, contracts, partnerships and joint ventures, licensing, intellectual-property counseling and transactions, business and real-estate litigation and dispute resolution, and related matters.

Mr. Yasin is a native of Silicon Valley, born and raised in San Jose.  After graduating from Bellarmine College Preparatory in San Jose, he attended Santa Clara University for his undergraduate studies.  He then secured his law degree through Santa Clara University School of Law. 

Mr. Yasin has also studied international and European law through Tulane University and Université de Paris II, Panthéon-Assas, where he secured a Certificate in European Law.  He has also studied through the Monterey Institute of International Studied (MIIS).
