San Jose is physically situated at the southern end of San Francisco Bay. We chose this location for the firm’s headquarters for multiple reasons. San Jose is the undisputed Capital of Silicon Valley. It provides convenient access to the courts and arbitral forums located throughout the San Francisco Bay Area, including the superior court located in San Jose, the federal district court for northern California located in San Jose, and the superior and federal courthouses located along the peninsula in San Mateo, in the East Bay in Oakland, and in San Francisco. It is convenient for clients located in the San Francisco Bay Area. It also provides convenient access to the San Jose International Airport for clients, experts, consultants and counsel visiting from out of town.
